You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received the item.
 
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Pleaseinclude the receipt.
 
If the device is shipped to an international location​ or goes out of the country, it will void our Return Policy. ​​​​​​

Excellent:  Device may have light scratches, some signs of wear.
Very Good: Device has a medium amount of scratching on the screen and back cover.
Fair: Device shows heavy wear such as a large amount of scratches, scuffs, nicks, dents, dings. The LCD screen may have some spots.
