1. Excellent: Device may have light scratches, some signs of wear. 2. Very Good: Device has a medium amount of scratching on the screen and back cover. 3. Fair: Device shows heavy wear such as a large amount of scratches, scuffs, nicks, dents, dings. The LCD screen may have some spots.
